Target Event (unofficial name) is a series of time-limited events that occurred on weekdays in the last two weeks of July 2015, each weekday focusing on on episode. So far, the event has occurred two times, with the same rewards each week.
Players can receive the rewards only once during an instance of the event, but they could receive them again during the next instance.

- During 31 July 2015, Cookie Run holds the record for having the most active events running at one time. There are 7 events running, including this event. Other events running are Surprise Squirrel Shop, Alphabet Challenge Event, Win Prizes Everyday!, Photo Challenge, We've Reached 50M Users!, and Burning Time.
- There is an error with the Ghost Pirate's Island of Coins event. The newsletter mentions that "Cookie Relay can be used", even though Cookie Relay is not allowed be default in the episode.
